Do you serve all of Aurora?
We provide mobile service throughout Aurora and the surrounding metro area. Travel charges, if any, depend on the exact event address and setup requirements.
Can you serve Aurora schools and HOA communities?
Yes. We can plan hosted experiences for schools, camps, HOA gatherings and community events. The organizer confirms property approval, utility access and any insurance requirements.
What happens if the weather changes?
Light rain usually does not stop a hosted foam party, although it can reduce foam output and accumulation. For heavy rain, our staff checks conditions with you and works through the safest available plan. If thunder is heard or lightning is seen, outdoor activity stops immediately and everyone must move to a substantial enclosed building or enclosed hard-topped vehicle. Activity may resume no sooner than 30 minutes after the last thunder or lightning and only with staff approval. Once our crew is onsite and setup is complete, a weather interruption does not create an automatic reschedule. When scheduling permits, staff may stay later, but replacement time is not guaranteed. High-wind decisions are made by onsite staff in conversation with the client.
Does the foam create a difficult cleanup?
The foam naturally dissipates. Normal drainage and a water rinse can help the area clear faster. We review surface and drainage considerations before the event.
Can you serve more than 30 guests?
Yes. Larger groups often benefit from rotations, longer event time, additional equipment or a custom production plan. Include your expected attendance in the quote request.
Can I rent a machine instead of booking a host?
Yes. Foam machine and bubble machine rentals are separate customer-operated services with equipment, supplies, rental details and a practical walkthrough.
