Foamsational Fun ("we", "us") is a brand of BNA Services & Event Rentals LLC, which operates as Bounce N Around, based in Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect on www.www.foamsationalfun.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, event date, city, guest count, the services you're interested in, and anything you write in your message.
- Booking information. If you book, we collect what's needed to deliver your event: the event address, contract details and payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers.
- Website usage information. When you visit our site, cookies and similar tools collect basic information. This includes pages viewed, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level), and how you found us.
How we use it
- To reply to your quote request and plan, book and deliver your event.
- To contact you by email, phone call or text message about your request or booking.

Text messages

Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

- our booking and contract system
- our customer messaging and text system
- our payment processor
- email providers
- Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook)
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.
Cookies, analytics and ads
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our site. We use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) tools to measure ads and show our ads to people who have visited the site.

How long we keep it
We keep quote and booking records as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you opt out.

- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us below. We may need to keep some records for legal or tax reasons.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No website or online service is completely secure.
Children
Our site is meant for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
